1. How long have you been a full time real estate agent in this market?
Debbie was born in Hampton Roads area and has happily remained here her entire life. Real estate was her new career in the spring of 2006 and quickly became her passion.
2. How many homes do you personally close each year?
Debbie closes 55+ homes a year and has been consistently helping families at that level that since 2013. She received Rookie of the Year in both sales and listings her first year in real estate working while with the top producing company in the area. She sold 18 homes her first 12 months in real estate which immediately made her a top producer. She has been recognized as a top 1% agent since 2013 and has continuously been in that category. More important than the numbers is her attention to detail and making sure that each person she works with has an exceptional experience. 3. Who will be my primary point of contact?

4. What qualities or certifications set you apart from other agents?
Debbie has the experience you need due to the many clients she has served in the past. She was one of the first 3 agents in the Hampton Roads area to receive the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. Education is a high priority as she continues to add numerous certifications to the list. Other certifications include e-Pro, Certified Residential Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification, Residential Construction Certified, New Home Specialist Certification and others. Certified Residential Specialist is considered the Masters in Real Estate. It typically takes several years to accomplish however she was able to meet the qualifications in experience and education in December 2008 with less than 3 years in real estate. She also has received the prestigious honor of serving as a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider for Real Estate since 2013. She has been recognized as the Top ELP for the Hampton Roads area. Sellers currently pay the commissions. As a buyer, there is no commission cost to have Debbie representing you on this journey.
7. Do I have to sign a contract with you, and can I cancel without penalty?
Debbie wants you to feel that you are receiving Five Star service at all times and works diligently for you. Her buyer contracts are for two weeks. This give you time to get to know her as she earns your trust.
8. How will you communicate with me?
We all have different expectations and preferences. Debbie will talk with you to learn more about your preferred means of communication and will communicate based on what you are most comfortable with.
9. How do you set realistic expectations for your clients?
The market continually changes. You want to be working with an agent that does enough business so that they understand the market and recognize changes as they begin to happen. Debbie will discuss the current market with you to better equip you as you work together.
10. Who can I contact for a reference?
There are many reviews posted on Zillow, Google and other sites. We copy these reviews and put them on our website with the client’s first names, last initial and city to make sure we know who wrote them as time passes and still protecting the privacy of our clients. You may choose your own referrals from the list of reviews. She will reach out to the clients and request permission to put you in contact with them. Anyone can provide a few references; Debbie makes all of hers available to you.
