The buying process went expediently fast. I had heard nothing but horror stories about buying homes and was nervous about the process. Debbie made it very easy, explained the entire process, and did great negotiation with the selling agent to give us the best pricing and options available. I was amazed when we walked in to the closing, signed paperwork and received the keys. There was no friction at all in the process.

In the selling process, Debbie put in extra work for us in marketing and processing all facets of the procedure. Working with Debbie was nothing short of extraordinary. Her knowledge of the area was out of this world. I was buying a home in virginia while living in california. I was reffered to her by 2 friends who purchased homes through her so i gave her a call way before my window to buy a home started.
