The buying process went expediently fast. I had heard nothing but horror stories about buying homes and was nervous about the process. Debbie made it very easy, explained the entire process, and did great negotiation with the selling agent to give us the best pricing and options available. I was amazed when we walked in to the closing, signed paperwork and received the keys. There was no friction at all in the process.

In the selling process, Debbie put in extra work for us in marketing and processing all facets of the procedure. She is extremely knowledgeable of the locations and market trends, and it helps to make the processes go smooth and quickly. Debbie has connections all over town for repairmen, inspectors, stagers, etc. and each and every one of them I used were professional, efficient, and affordable. I never once thought Debbie had her own interests ahead of mine in either process and was available at any time I had a question or a need.

I contacted Debbie about selling my home in the first week of January. We closed on the sale of the home in the first week of March, with the final sale price being more than 10K above what we listed it. After staging the home in the first week, Debbie held an open house along with a Zillow listing.
