In purchasing a home, it took a while for us to really figure out what we wanted. Once we figured it out, we made an offer on a home that was nice but needed some work. While they waited the weekend to think about our offer, even though we had an offer in, DEBBIE KEPT HUNTING FOR OUR DREAM HOME AND FOUND A BIGGER AND NICER HOME THAT DIDN'T NEED ANY WORK!! We pulled our previous offer and bought the new one and loved it!
In selling our first home, we interviewed three realtors. She had the highest suggested list price and also the best record of selling at list and quickly. And she did! WE SOLD OUR FIRST HOME AT LIST PRICE THE FIRST WEEKEND! Our home wasn't even on the market for a week.
Our second home, we didn't interview anyone but went with Debbie because she is so awesome. We listed during Covid with three young kids (showing was really hard, to keep things clean). She lined up the showings over a 2 day period and made sure everyone was respectful with what they touched and what was cleaned.

Debbie was awesome. She took lots of time to orient us to the area - even to the point of showing us the shopping centers. This was a tremendous help as we aren't from the Virginia Beach area and were very confused. She was patient with us as we searched through a myriad of homes before finding the one that fit us.
